Monthly rates include water/sewer/WIFI/gym. Electric is charged separately.

Monthly Stays: To secure a monthly reservation there is a $100 non-refundable deposit which is applied towards your last month's electric bill.
Rates are based on 1 RV, 2 vehicles, & 4 guests per site. Additional guests or vehicles upon management approval only and may be subject to additional fees.
