Park Rules

Check-out time is by 11:00AM. Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you let us know, the better your chance of keeping a site.  (Please note: we cannot always guarantee that you will be able to keep the same site due to previous reservations.)

Garbage should be in sealed plastic bags and placed in front of your site by 10:00 AM for pick-up. Do not leave garbage outside overnight.

A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hookups. Do not jam your sewer hose all the way down into the inlet as it can prevent flow from other sites and could stop up the line making their poop your poop.

Mats, Area Rugs, etc. (anything that can possibly leave dead areas on the lawn) are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance. This includes breathable mats, small mats, big mats, pretty mats, ugly mats, etc.

No parking on the lawn or roadways. You are responsible for any damage done by driving/parking on the lawn.  If, heaven forbid, you do end up on the grass and get stuck, we reserve the right to video tape it and post it on YouTube (and then charge you for damages).

Pets are welcome. We hope your furry friends enjoy the park's fenced dog park. Outside of the dog park, all pets must be leashed and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times. Pet pens, cages, kennels, etc. are allowed as long as they are secure, under your direct supervision, and do not damage the grass. Be sure to pick up the poop, if you are observed failing to pick up after your pet, we will terminate your stay without refund. Accidents happen but try not to let your pet use your neighbors site as their restroom. Pets must not be disruptive or aggressive, excessive barkers should never be left in RV’s unattended.

Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s safe conduct and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. Unsupervised children who cause disruption for other guests may be asked to leave the park with their entire group and without refund - this applies to unruly adults and pets too :).
